The Pie consists of a “Crispy Brown Chocolate Pastry” which is filled with the “Galaxy Caramel”. Galaxy Pie has two major ingredients.

Outer Shell is basically the crunchy chocolate pastry which serves as the basis and pastry shell for Mcdonald’s Pies. The main ingredients used in making the crunchy pastry are Wheat flour, palm oil, water,fat-reduced cocoa powder, modified starch, rapeseed oil sugars, and other flavouring agents.
Filling of the pie is basically that signature “Galaxy Caramel” that makes up the basis of its popularity. The main ingredients used in its production are Pectins, agar, plain caramel, carotenes, modified starch, and natural flavouring are used to maintain texture and enhance taste.

Galaxy Pie’s Limited Availability

Mcdonald’s first introduced its Galaxy Pie in its Christmas menu last year. It was introduced around 22nd November 2023 and lasted till 3rd November 2024. Mcdonald’s has a tradition of introducing 3 limited desserts that accompany its fellow 8 stock desserts every 6 weeks. So the limited time items are to be enjoyed when they are available.

Well due to high customer demands, the “Galaxy Pie” made its exclusive return

on April 17, 2024 and will be available for 6 weeks from this date onwards so make sure to avail the delicacy till it is available.
